These Terms apply when a school (“you”, “supporter”) creates an account, installs the Windows software, or uses Future Guide on the web or in our apps. By accepting, you agree for your school. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not install the software.

We provide school-management software (website, Windows desktop, and mobile apps). You own your school’s data. We host and process it only so the Service can run for you.
The Windows desktop app lets you keep school data on your computer and sync when you choose. That local copy is yours to control. You should keep your own backups of important records. Having a local copy does not make us responsible if the cloud copy is later lost or unavailable.
The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, that it will be error-free, or that data will never be lost. Servers, networks, and cloud providers fail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
If a court still finds us liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
Use the Service lawfully. Keep logins safe. You must have the right to store student and parent information, including any consent the law requires. You are responsible for what your staff do on the account.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. The current version is always at futureguides.co/terms.
